Head south on the Kwinana Freeway, take exit 7 toward Manning Road. Turn right onto Riverside Drive. Our facility is on the left after approximately 800 meters.
Take Stirling Highway northeast toward Perth. Turn left onto Leach Highway, then right onto Kwinana Freeway. Take exit 7 and follow signs for Riverside Drive.
The nearest bus stop is on Manning Road (routes 148, 150). From there it's a 10-minute walk to our facility. We have secure bike parking available for cyclists.
Yes, all services require advance booking. This ensures we can give your animal the focused attention they deserve without rushing between appointments.
For grooming and training, just bring your animal. For boarding, bring their regular food, any medications, and comfort items like a favorite toy or blanket.
We work with anxious and reactive animals regularly. However, we assess each situation individually to ensure safety for both the animal and our staff.
For training sessions, owner presence is often beneficial. For grooming and other services, we've found animals typically relax faster without their owners present.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment is due at the time of service.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less notice may incur a 50% service fee to compensate for the lost booking slot.
